Description/Agenda: Notice of Public Hearing In accordance with Utah Code Section 10-9a-201 the Washington Terrace Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on March 28, 2024, at 6:00 p.m., in the Washington Terrace City Hall located at 5249 South 400 East, Washington Terrace, Utah. The Planning Commission will take public comment in support and opposition to the following proposed ordinance: Amendment to Title 16 of the Washington Terrace Municipal Code ' Subdivisions' for compliance with Utah SB 174 'Local Land Use and Development Revisions'.
