Laketown Town Council Work Meeting Agenda March 18, 2024 Notice is hereby given that the Town of Laketown Town Council will hold their regularly scheduled meeting at 2:00pm on Monday March 18, 2024 in the Laketown Town Office located at 10 North 200 East Laketown, Utah. 1. Call to Order - Mayor Burdette Weston 2. Opening Ceremony - TBD 3. Roll Call 4. Approval of Agenda 5. Approval of Prior Meeting Minutes 6. ITEMS OF BUSINESS: - Conex Ordinance - Camp Trailers - Cross Contamination Policy - Calling Tree - Laketown Fraud Hotline Policy - Laketown Cash Receipting and Deposit Policy - Consolidated Fee Schedule Exhibit o Specific Fees - Open the Budget - Brandon Letter to Last Chance Residence (pressure reducing valve) o Water Violation Letter to residence and drinking water district - Brandon to work with Justin on a 5 year plan for pre-paid water - Mayor to take a picture of the tank to reduce points - Codes to be updated - Mayor to speak to Scott about the price of a water share - Mayor to call the owner of Roadside Caf - Road Chipping - Rodeo Sponsor letters - Impact Fees Action Items From Previous Meeting - Kris & Alice to contact Eventbrite regarding digitizing rodeo tickets - Sponsor letters for the Rodeo need to get out with when their money is due 7. ADJOURN NOTE: The Town Council may vote to go into executive session pursuant to Utah Code 52-4-205 On Saturday March 16, 2024 at 12 noon a copy of the foregoing notice was posted on the Utah Public Notice website at http://pmn.utah.gov and on the Laketown website at www.laketownutah.com. A copy was posted in conspicuous view inside and outside the Laketown Town Office in Laketown, Utah, and inside and outside of the Laketown post office and at Dee's Service Station.
