- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible, on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, in the Lindon City Center, 100 North State Street, Lindon, UT, to consider the following items: A request to amend the zoning of the back .95 acres of their properties located at 88 and 96 S. 800 W. from Residential R1-20 to Mixed Commercial (MC). The front portion of each property with the single-family homes will remain zoned as Residential R1-20. Applicants are Diane and Blake Campbell and Brandon and Holly Hill The Planning Commission will make a recommendation on all public hearing items to the City Council. All interested parties are invited to attend and present oral and/or written comment regarding this petition. Interested parties are encouraged to provide written testimony prior to the meeting at planningdept@lindon.gov. Anyone interested can view the meeting through a live broadcast at www.youtube.com/LindonCity
