NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PARAGONAH TOWN PLANNING AND ZONING COMMITTEE Notice is hereby given that the Paragonah Planning and Zoning Committee will be holding a public hearing on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at the Paragonah Town Hall, 44 North 100 West, Paragonah, Utah. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment concerning a Conditional Use Permit application for a short-term rental located at 310 South 100 West. The public is invited and encouraged to attend. Persons with disabilities needing special assistance to participate in this hearing should contact the Paragonah Town Clerk at 435-477-8979 at least 48 hours prior to the hearing.
