Please be advised that the Fillmore City Planning Commission will hold the following
PUBLIC HEARINGS on TUESDAY, March 26, 2024, at 75 West Center Street in the
Fillmore City Council Chambers:
- At 7:05 p.m.: To receive public comment concerning an amendment to the Fillmore City Zoning Map for property
located at approximately 1200 North 200 West (totaling approximately 45.59 acres) to designate such property as
within the General Commercial and Highway Commercial Zoning Districts, conditioned upon approval of
annexation. Applicant: Sherry Paxton.
- At 7:10 p.m.: To receive public comment concerning an amendment to the Fillmore City Zoning Map for property
located at approximately 550 South and 150 West (totaling approximately 3.355 acres) to designate such property
as within the Agricultural Zoning District, conditioned upon approval of annexation. Applicant: Kelsie Fausett
- At 7:15 p.m.: To receive public comment concerning an application to rezone property located at approximately 600
West 900 South totaling approximately 15 acres to designate such property as within a Residential Multi-Family
Overlay. Applicant: Mike Petersen. Project: Colony at Prairie Haven Subdivision.

- Regarding an amendment to the Fillmore City Municipal Code enacting a new ordinance for Cabins and Tiny Homes, with a designated zone and design standards.
