DOCUMENT 00 11 13 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS TOOELE CITY, 90 NORTH MAIN STREET, TOOELE, UTAH 84074 General Notice: Tooele City (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: 1000 North 100 East Intersection Signal. Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Tooele City Recorder's Office located at 90 North Main Street, Suite 227, Tooele, Utah 84074, until Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at 2:00 pm local time. At that time, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: Improvement to the intersection of 1000 North and 100 East by widening the roadway width, installation of new traffic signals, utility relocations, and new striping. Bids will be received for single contract. The Project is expected to be completed by August 12, 2024. Obtaining Bidding Documents: Information and Digital (pdf) copies of the Bidding Documents for the Project can be obtained, starting at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, by contacting Laura Bankhead at 435-843-2130 or laurab@tooelecity.gov. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Jones & DeMille Engineering, Inc., 7 South Main Street, Suite 314, Tooele, Utah 84074. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated websites. Pre-bid Conference: A pre-bid conference will not be held. Instructions to Bidders: For further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
