- NOTICE of a PUBLIC HEARING of the BOARD of TRUSTEES of SOUTH DAVIS METRO FIRE SERVICE AREA PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the South Davis Metro Fire Service Area will hold a Public Hearing, March 18th , 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the Fire Station #81 Training Room 255 South 100 West, Bountiful, Utah 84010. A G E N D A CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND WELCOME OF VISITORS a. Public Hearing - Adjusted Fee Schedule b. Resolution 2024-01 - Approving the adjusted fee schedule On Thursday, March 14 at 5:00 p.m. a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in the public's view by the Secretary to the Board in the areas reserved for such posting of public notices by the member agencies. A copy of this notice was sent to the Davis Journal, a newspaper of general circulation. Times are approximate and the order of agenda items is subject to change except for matters that are designated for a certain time. Motions relating to any of the foregoing agenda items, including final action, may be taken at the meeting. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Agency will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting. Request for assistance can be made by calling 801-677- 2400 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting to be attended. *AS NEEDED* Closed meeting to discuss the acquisition or sale of real property, pending litigation and/or to discuss the character and/or competency of an individual(s) (Utah Code ยง52-4-205).
