- To be posted on Thursday, March 14, 2024, on the Utah Public Notice Website, the Draper City Website, and at Draper City Hall. Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING for the Beacon Crest Site Plan Amendment request. Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission to receive public comment on the above-listed request for property located at approximately 591 E. Pioneer Rd. The purpose of the request is to amend the site plan to add five additional semi-independent living units to the existing assisted living facility. The hearing will be held on March 28, 2024 at 6:30 pm at Draper City Hall, 1020 E. Pioneer Rd., in the City Council Chambers The complete public notice is posted on the Utah Public Notice Website; www.utah.gov/pmn/, the Draper City Website; Draperutah.gov, and at Draper City Hall.
