NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE MORGAN COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS Pursuant to Utah Code, Title 52, Chapter 4, notice is hereby given to members of the Morgan Council of Governments (COG) and to the general public that the Morgan Council of Governments will hold a meeting in open public session on Monday, March 18, 2024, at 4:00 p.m., at the Commission Room, Morgan County Building, 48 W Young Street. P.O.Box 886 Morgan, Utah 84050 MINUTES Approval - Minutes of the Morgan Council of Governments (COG) - February 26, 2024 ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION 1. Discussion on the RPO 2. Building Permit Running Total for City and County 3. Project list 4. Request for Funding, Request additional 50,000 from Corridor Preservation Fund 5. Sales Tax Review and Budget Review according to COG 6. Discussion on the new law for the .30% sales tax for transportation 7. Reports on the WFRC Meetings 8. Other business for future discussion 9. Ajourn Next Meeting: April 29, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. - Morgan County Building, Commission Room In the event of an absence of a full quorum, agenda items will be continued to the next regularly scheduled meeting. Notice is hereby given that by motion of the Morgan Council of Governments (COG), pursuant to Title 52, Chapter 4 of the Utah Code, the Council may vote to hold a closed session for any of the purposes identified in that Chapter.
