1. ACTION: Extend the final plat expiration date for Hawks Landing to December 17, 2024
Land Use (Administrative) - The Development Administration Board will consider a request from Mike Hawkins, developer, and owner of the Hawks Landing subdivision, to extend the deadline for the expiration of the final plat of the Haws Landing subdivision. The Development Administration Board will take appropriate action.
