NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, February 4, 2009 at the Gunnison City Hall, 34 East 100 North, which meeting shall begin at 7:00 p.m. 1) 7:00 p.m. Proposed Gunnison Valley Elementary School on 500 South and 250 East. – Superintendent Don Hill 2) 7:30 p.m. Proposed Approval of Lot Split at 355 East 300 South – Richard & Dale Peterson/KC Farms 3) 7:45 p.m. Proposed Approval for lot split at 400 North 150 West – Jerry and Martha Larsen 4) 8:00 p.m. Proposed Approval of Lot Split at 200 North Main – GV Hospital Special Service District/ Gunnison City/Marie Sanders 5) 8:15 p.m. Proposed Approval of Lot Split at 220 South 440 East – Andy Henrie/KC Farms 6) Easement Review for 637 South Main 7) Proposed Approval of City Council Meeting Minutes for October 22, 2008 and January 21, 2009. 8) Personnel 9) Identification of Issues to be Included on Future Agendas 10) Bills and Adjustments 11) Closed Session 12) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order.
