Call to order: Mayor Alfred C. Bigelow Agenda Items: Public Hearing 1. Mayor Bigelow - invite public input concerning the proposed development of a Sewer Master Plan to identify system needs moving forward and develop a plan for growth. 2. Mayor Bigelow - Invite public comment concerning the creation or updating of Impact Facility Fee Plans and to conduct an Impact Fee Analysis for said plans. Regular Council Meeting 3. Discussion concerning updating of Electrical Department Impact Facility Fee Plan and performing an Impact Fee Analysis. 4. Discussion of proposed Sewer Department Master Plan to include an Impact Facility Fee Plan and Impact Fee Analysis. 5. Monthly Financial Review - February 2024 Statements. 6. Continuing Business. a. Discussion concerning nuisance ordinance and enforcement. b. Discussion concerning Inland Port project. c. Discussion concerning smoke nuisance from green waste facility. 7. Councilmembers reports: Jen Christiansen Jeff Killian AJ Mower Mary Pipes Mary Wintch 8. Public Comment - two minutes per each comment. 9. Mayor Bigelow. 10. Consideration of approval for minutes of recent meetings. (February 21st council meeting and March 5th work meeting) 11. City Manager Kent Barton. 12. Closed Session (if needed).
