BRIGHAM CITY ORDINANCES NO. 24-04, 24-05, 24-06 Notice is hereby given that on March 7, 2024, the Brigham City Council approved Ordinances 24-04, 24-05, and 24-06. Ordinance 24-04 amends Brigham City Code Chapter 156, Zoning, 900 North/Main Street Planned District, to remove non-applicable incorporated uses, update the plan for parking and secured areas, and modify the screening and fencing section. Ordinance 24-05 amends the IMT Subdivision Plat to adjust lot sizes and incorporate a larger parking area Ordinance 24-06 renames Title V of the Brigham City Code from Public Works to Public Utility Services. Ordinances 24-04 and 24-06 shall take effect upon posting and publication on March 11, 2024. Ordinance 24-05 shall take effect upon the recording of the IMT Subdivision Amendment 1. Copies of the ordinances are available at the office of the City Recorder during regular business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or by emailing cboss@bcutah.gov.
