PUBLIC NOTICE - Springville City Council hereby gives notice of the adoption of Ordinance #01-2024, amending Springville Code Title 11 Chapter 2 Article 3 Board of Adjustment to comply with Title 10 Chapter 9a part 7 UCA appeal authority and variances; at their regular meeting held on February 06, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Civic Center Council Chambers, 110 South Main, Springville. A copy of this ordinance is available by contacting the city recorder's office during regular business hours. /s/ Kim Crane, City Recorder PUBLIC NOTICE - Springville City Council hereby gives notice of the adoption of Ordinance #02-2024, amending Springville Code Title 11 Chapter 4 Article 707 location requirements to permit encroachment of porches, patios, and covered entryways into a pedestrian street or open space; at their regular meeting held on February 06, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Civic Center Council Chambers, 110 South Main, Springville.
