10. Charlie Ewert – Discussion/Decision – To approve the Holyoak Conditional Use Permit request to operate a category III class home occupation at 2250 W Old Highway Road, as recommended by the Planning Commission
11. Charles Ewert – Discussion/Decision – To approve the McMillan Conditional Use Permit request to construct farm worker housing on a 36.41 acre at 3955 W Old Highway Road as recommended by the Planning Commission
12. Janell Walker/Gwen Rich – To address concerns pertaining to the use of the County Auditorium by “Bountiful Baskets” – A non-profit food co-op used by County residents. Apparently there is some concern about the fee that is not being charged for the auditorium use and also the excessive weekly use from 8 am to 8:30 am every Saturday morning for the months from October to March
13. Gwen Rich – Discussion/Decision – Final Board of Equalization adjustments
14. Ronda Kippen – Discussion/Decision – Extend Rod Myers contract to November 30, 2011 from October 31, 2011. The County is committed to the care and maintenance of the Lost Creek Reservoir Grounds up until the snow inhibits safe travel. In addition to the Lost Creek Grounds the Parks Department is responsible for the care and maintenance of all the County grounds until the areas are closed for the season
