Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Millcreek Land Use Hearing Officer will hold two hearings at approx. 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at City Hall, 1330 E. Chambers Avenue: 1) LUHO-24-003, Steven Clark is requesting to alter a non-compliant single-family home at 3545 S Alta Vista Street to accommodate an expansion and addition; and 2) LUHO-24-002, Stan and Sarah Pugsley are seeking to alter a non-compliant single-family home at 3631 S Folker Circle to accommodate an expansion.
