1. Approve the draft minutes of the Chelsey Public Infrastructure District No. 1 board meeting held on August 23, 2023.
2. Approve the draft minutes of the Chelsey Public Infrastructure District No. 2 board meeting held on August 29, 2023.
D. Public Hearings
1. Consider adoption of the tentative operating and capital budget for the calendar year of 2024 and set a public hearing to take public comment on the same.
