NOTICE AND AGENDA BRIGHAM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION Tuesday, March 19, 2024, 6:00 PM City Council Chambers, 20 North Main 6:00 Pledge of Allegiance 6:02 Approval of Minutes 6:05 Public Hearing 1 / Application #24-016 / Amend Brigham City General Plan - Transportation Master Plan / Reduce frontage road section at 1075 South between 1100 West Street and the railroad from 106 ft to 80 ft right-of-way AND terminate the said master planned road at the railroad, removing the planned road between the railroad and 1200 West / Brigham City Corporation 6:40 Continuation / Application #23-062 / Amend Brigham City Code Title XV Land Usage, Chapter 156 Zoning (formerly Title 29 Zoning) / Establish a new Planned District / 1100 South 1100 West Planned District / 1050 South and 1100 West / Brigham Land, LLC Assigned times may vary depending on length of discussion or agenda alteration. 1 Each individual is limited to 3 minutes. ________________________________________________ In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids or services for this meeting should contact Sarah-Jane Martin (435-734-6604) at least 48-hours in advance of the meeting.
