- Springville City is now accepting sealed bids for their 2024-2025 projects. This project will include a variety of Concrete work throughout the city as needed for multiple City departments. All sealed bids must be received by Springville City Public Works office by 1:00 pm on Thursday, March 14, 2024. Sealed bids will be opened by the Springville City Finance Director or designee at Springville City Hall, 110 S Main Street on Thursday, March 14, 2024 at 1:00 pm.
