4. Bluffdale ADU Resource Toolkit
- Housing Trust Fund staff will provide updates on next steps for RFP
- Housing Trust Fund Advisory Board will vote on approving additional meetings outside current HTF
Advisory Board schedule for RFP deadlines
o Housing Trust Fund, Bluffdale City staff, and Bluffdale subject matter expert introductions and
first RFP review: April 11
o Final RFP review: April 18 - vote to add meeting
o Committee review: May 23 - vote to add meeting
o ADU RFP interviews with Committee - May 30 vote to add meeting
5. HOME Request for Applications - Housing and Community Development Director and Contracts &
Procurement Manager will facilitate New Development HOME RFA funding recommendations
6. Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund for Affordable Housing RFA
- Housing Trust Fund staff will provide updates for ARPA awarded projects
