- The following ordinances were adopted and approved by the Logan Municipal Council, Logan, Utah on March 5, 2024. ORD. 24-05 - CODE AMENDMENT - Ordinance amending the Land Development Code - Chapter 17.29 'Engineering Design Standards, Water and Sewer'. City Engineer Darren Farar/Logan City requested an amendment to Chapter 17.29 to adopt the City of Logan Public Works Design Standards for sanitary sewer, culinary and secondary water, and storm drain systems. ORD. 24-06 - CODE AMENDMENT - Ordinance amending Section 10.52.010 of the Logan Municipal Code 'Regulating Stopping, Standing or Parking Vehicles.' ORD. 24-07 - CODE AMENDMENT - Ordinance amending Sections 13.16.030 of the Logan Municipal Code 'Duty to Pay; Disconnection.' ORD. 24-08 - REZONE - Rezone of approximately 0.13 acres of property located at 181 North 200 East (Little Bloomsbury) from Traditional Neighborhood Residential (NR-6) to Town Center 2 (TC-2). These ordinances shall take effect immediately upon publication.
