Main Street, Suite 304, Farmington, UT 84025 Telephone: 801-451-3279 Notice of Public Hearing and Public Comment Period Davis County's 2022 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. a Public Hearing will be held in Room 303, Commission Chambers, Administration Building, 61 South Main Street, Farmington, Utah, before the Davis County Commission to accept public comments on the County's 2022 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Davis County is opening a fifteen (15) day comment period and invites residents to review and comment on the PY22 CAPER. The CAPER is a reporting document to the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on the progress made on the Program Year 2022 Annual Action Plan which outlines the uses of the CDBG and CDBG-CV (CARES Act) funds for housing and community development priorities in Davis County. From March 5, 2024 until March 25, 2024 a draft PY22 CAPER will be available for public review and comment at the Davis County Community & Economic Development Office, 61 S Main Street, Suite 304, Farmington, Utah and online at the Davis County website.
