- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AMEND THE WATER IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN AND TO PREPARE AN IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to section 11-36a-501 and 11-36a-503 U.C.A., that Murray City intends to amend its Water Impact Fee Facilities Plan and to prepare or contract to prepare a Water Impact Fee Analysis, which shall cover the City's water service areas within the City's boundaries. You are hereby invited to provide information for the City to consider in the process of preparing, adopting and implementing or amending the referenced documents. To provide information please contact Aron Frisk, Water Superintendent, Water Division, Public Works Department Director at 4646 South, 500 West, Murray, Utah 84123 or by email at afrisk@murray.utah.gov. Any information received should be provided in writing.
