9:00 AM Public hearing to discuss and take action on a 9-lot Final Subdivision Plat for property located off Double Deer Drive (Parcel SS-52), Summit County, UT. The applicant is requesting to allocate 9 units of Resort Unit Density with 1 Open Space parcel in the Promontory Specially Planned Area
