Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Roy City Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings, on March 12, 2024, at 6:00 pm, in the City Council Chambers of the Roy City Municipal Building located at 5051 South 1900 West, Roy UT. To consider a request to amend the following maps, for the property located at approximately 3588 West 6000 South - General Plan (Future Land Use Map) from Single-Family Residential to either Multi-Family Residential OR Commercial Mixed Use. - Zoning Map from RE-20 (Residential Estates) to either R-4 (Multi-Family Residential) OR CC (Community Commercial). THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE
