Public notice is hereby given that the Snyderville Basin Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly recommend a Low Impact Permit for the construction of the Canyons Parking Structure. The public hearing will be held on:

The applicant, Spencer White, representing TCFC GarageCo, LP, is requesting Low Impact Permit approval for the Canyons Village Parking Garage, located on lot LV5 at 1840 Ozzy Way in the Lower Village Development Area. The structure and contiguous surface parking area will provide 1,840 parking spaces.
