- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Canyons Village Parking Garage Low Impact Permit - File #23-191 Address: 1840 Ozzy Way, Lower Village Development Area, Canyons Village Parcels: LVDAM-LV5-AM, 5.84 acres Zoning: SPA Public notice is hereby given that the Snyderville Basin Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly recommend a Low Impact Permit for the construction of the Canyons Parking Structure.
