MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, March 19, 2024, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting promptly begins at 7:00 p.m. and the agenda is as follows: PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING TUESDAY, MARCH 19, 2024 - 7:00 P.M. 1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Election of 2024 Chair and Vice-chair. 3. Discussion/action on minutes. 4. Public Hearing: Amending Marriott-Slaterville Municipal Code Sections: 13.26.170 to require curb and gutter, 10.14.030 for snow removal times, 13.35.090 free standing sign height, 13.26.160 family pool regulations, remove residential exception in Dark Sky Regulations, require backlit or halo type signs in Dark Sky Regulations and add Institution and Technology Zone (ITZ) to sign regulations Sign Regulations in Chapter 13.35. 5. Discussion/action on Public Hearing. 6. Discussion/action on ITZ Site Plan at 1470 West 400 North by Shawn Hartley with Onions 52. 7. Discussion/action on Development Agreements for RiverView Project at 2700 West 12th Street. 8. Commission and staff follow-up. 9. Adjourn.
