Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING March 12, 2024 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, located at Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to amend the General Plan map and rezone approximately 3 acres of property located at 445 East Antelope Drive currently zoned A (Agriculture) to M-1 (Light Manufacturing/Industrial). If you desire further information regarding this rezone proposal, please contact the Community & Economic Development Department, (801) 336-3780.
