In preparation for the creation of the 2024 AAP, the Housing and Community Development Division and Office of Homeless Services are seeking input from the public on what the needs, goals, and priorities are of the different communities and households benefited by HOME Investment Partnership (HOME and HOME-ARP) Program, the Housing Trust Fund (HTF) Program, the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Program, and the Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) Program funds. This public comment period begins Friday, March 8, 2024 and ends Sunday, April 7, 2024.
