PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Coalville City Council Coalville Main Street Revitalization and Connectivity Plan Public notice is hereby given that the Coalville City Council will conduct a public hearing to review, discuss, receive comment, and possibly adopt or provide direction to the consultant team and staff on the proposed Main Street Revitalization Plan. The public hearing is scheduled for Monday, March 11, 2024, beginning at 6:00 P.M. at the Coalville City Hall located at 10 North Main. The Main Street Revitalization and Connectivity Plan evaluates potential improvements for downtown Coalville, which encompasses Main Street from 200 South to 200 North. The plan identifies transportation enhancements, safety measures, and economic investments on Main Street to enable safe access for all users, including pedestrians, cyclists, and motorists. The project addresses potential transportation and street improvements to encourage economic development as well as high-quality active transportation connections to and from key local destinations such as residential neighborhoods, schools, city parks, the fairgrounds, Echo State Park, Historic Union Pacific Rail Trail, and Coalville Ledge Native American Rock Art. All interested persons may attend in person or virtually and make public comment. Written comments may also be emailed to Coalville City at cityhall@coalvillecity.org.
