PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Coalville City Council Wohali Phase 2.D Final Plan and Construction Drawings 721 N Icy Spring Road Public notice is hereby given that the Coalville City Council will conduct a Public Hearing to review, discuss, receive comment, and possibly take an action on the proposed Wohali Phase 2.D, Final Plan and Construction Drawings, 721 N Icy Springs Road, The Public Hearing is Scheduled on Monday, March 11, 2024, beginning at 6:00 P.M. at the Coalville City Hall located at 10 North Main. The proposed Phase 2.D Final Plan includes 6 resorts units within the Wohali Village Center adjacent to the existing golf practice range with a private roadway extension and shared driveways. All interested persons may attend in person or virtually and make public comment. Written comments may also be emailed to Coalville City at cityhall@coalvillecity.org. On February 20, 2024 the Planning Commission recommended approval of the Final Plan and Construction Drawings to the City Council.
