- WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on February 27, 2024, The West Valley City Council adopted Ordinance 23-35: 'AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE GENERAL PLAN TO SHOW A CHANGE OF LAND USE FROM Parks and Open Space Existing TO Light Manufacturing FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 7007 West Apaloosa Drive ON 5.91 ACRES.'
