LANDSCAPING AND WATER CONSERVATION STANDARDS ORDINANCE AMENDMENT (Public Hearing). Review proposed amendments to Title 10, zoning regulations, recommending adoption and implementation of minor changes requested by the Washington County Water Conservancy District, so the County's ordinance meets State law requirements for participation in incentive programs related to turf/grass.
Summary: If approved, the ordinance would adopt water wise landscape guidelines as proposed by the Washington County Water Conservancy District. Additional details are available through written request.
