The Mayor and City Council of Helper City,
A Municipal Corporation will hold a special meeting
on the 28th day of February 2024.
At the Council Chambers
19 South Main, Helper, Utah.
The meeting shall begin at 6:00 pm.
1- Call to order.
2- Pledge of Allegiance.
3- Roll call.
4- Public Comment.
5- Comment from the Library Board.
6- Discussion on the proposal for future Vibes seasons.
7- Discussion and possible approval of appointments.
8- Discussion and possible approval of Local Consent for Mistery Night at the Museum on April 13, 2024.
9- Discussion and possible approval of Local Consent for Balance Rock Eatery & Pub for a Murder Mystery Dinner.
10- Discussion and possible approval of Resolution 2024-03 a resolution appointing UAMPS member representative.
11- Discussion and possible approval of accepting LCWF Grant for Locust Steet Park.
12- Discussion of pay increases and the adoption of an appropriate pay scale for the Police Department.
13- Discussion and possible approval of adopting the proposed personnel policy with appropriate changes.
Reports only from Council Members and Department Heads.
Possible closed session.
