1. Consider the Master Transportation Plan
Purpose: To assist with planning, development, and maintenance of the Hyde Park City transportation system and to anticipate future growth and project existing (2024) traffic patterns for the next 20 years out to the planning horizon year of 2044.
2. Public Hearing to discuss Resolution 2024-04 - A resolution changing the fee schedule to include changes to the Building Rental Deposit fee to better cover the costs of repairs and changes to the Subdivision fees for Concept, Preliminary and final plat fees.

4. Consider Smithfield Fire Department Contract renewal.
5. Consider each of the following ordinances:
a. 12.40 Development Review Committee (DRC). The DRC of Hyde Park shall have such powers and functions and shall perform such duties as are prescribed by Utah Code, as amended annually by the Utah State Legislature.
b. 12.120 Residential Estate Zone (RE-20). The RE-20 zone is to provide and protect residential development at a low density in a semi-agricultural or rural environment. It is also to provide for certain rural amenities, on larger minimum lots, in conjunction with the primary residential nature of the zone.
c. 12.90 Sign Ordinance. The purpose of these sign regulations is to encourage the effective use of signs as a means of communication in the City of Hyde Park.
d. 12.20 Definitions. Applicability - Definitions in Other Ordinances
6. Executive session to discuss personnel issues and possible real estate transaction.
