- RIVERDALE CITY COUNCIL CERTIFICATE OF POSTING I, Michelle Marigoni, City Recorder for the City of Riverdale, Weber County, State of Utah, do hereby certify during the Riverdale City Council meeting held on January 17, February 6, and February 20, 2024, the following Resolution(s) and/or Ordinance(s) were adopted: - Resolution 2024-01 amended Title 8, Chapter 6 of the Riverdale City Code regarding conveyance of water rights. - Resolution 2024-02 reallocated money in the Riverdale City Budget. - Resolution 2024-03 created and implemented a Consumer Privacy Policy. - Resolution 2024-04 amended the Riverdale City Personnel Policies and Procedures Handbook. - Ordinance 978 amended Title 10, Chapter 13 of the Riverdale City Code regarding Airport Overlay Zones. I further certify that the above referenced resolution(s) and/or ordinance(s) were posted on February 26, 2024 in accordance with Utah Municipal Code 10-3-711 as a class A notice under section 63G-28-102. ___________________________ Michelle Marigoni City Recorder All Resolution(s) and Ordinance(s) are posted for 30 consecutive days.
