EAGLE MOUNTAIN CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Eagle Mountain City Council will hold public hearings on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as business allows, in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah 84005. The City Council will receive public comments concerning the following items: Transportation Impact Fee Analysis: After an evaluation of transportation projects needed to support the continued growth of the city, an Impact Fee Analysis has been generated to determine impact fees associated with that growth. These fees are assessed at the time of building permit. Eagle Mountain Point of Contact: Chris Trusty, ctrusty@emcity.org . Pony Express 27 General Plan Amendment and Rezone: A proposed General Plan amendment and rezone of Parcel Number 58:040:0326 and a portion of 58:040:0228. The General Plan would change from Community Commercial and Civic Uses/Schools to Neighborhood Residential Two. The rezone would be from Village Core Commercial and Community Open Space to RC (a residential zone). Property is generally located off Pony Express Parkway across from Hidden Hollow Elementary. Eagle Mountain Point of Contact: Steven Lehmitz, slehmitz@emcity.org . Amendment to Eagle Mountain Municipal Code 17.49: The proposed code amendment makes changes to the Wildlife Corridor Overlay Zone which establishes protections from development that may adversely impact wildlife and their habitat.
