- PLAIN CITY HEARING OFFICER NOTICE OF CONTINUED VARIANCE HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Hearing Officer of Plain City will hold a Continued Variance Hearing on Thursday, the 7th day of March, 2024 at Plain City Offices 4160 West 2200 North which meeting shall begin promptly at 11:00am. The purpose of said hearing shall be to hear and determine whether a variance can be granted for the following: PETITIONERS EMERALD POOLS & SPAS FOR TEBBS ASSET PROTECTION TRUST ARE REQUESTING A VARIANCE AT 2452 N 3000 W FOR REAR SETBACK ADJUSTMENT FROM 25 FEET TO 14 FEET FOR A SWIMMING POOL.
