INVOCATION/INSPIRATIONAL THOUGHT: BY INVITATION 3. 4:30 PM SCHEDULED ITEMS 3.1 Preliminary Plat - Approving the preliminary plat of Grapevine Court located generally at 196 South 800 East in the R8 zone. 4. MINUTES REVIEW AND APPROVAL 4.1 Review and approve the minutes from the February 7, 2024 meeting. 5. ADJOURN 5.1 The next Planning Commission meeting is scheduled for March 6, 2024.
