Approval of Minutes: The Planning Commission will consider approval of the minutes for January 24th, 2024. (MINUTES)
Public Comments: Citizens may express their views on issues within the Planning Commission's jurisdiction. By law, email comments are considered public record and will be shared with all parties involved, including the Planning Commission and the applicant.
Public Hearings/Presentations:
Item No. 1 PCC Amendments Clear View Areas and Residential Driveways: The Providence City Planning Commission will take comments and questions from the public regarding proposed changes to city code 10-9 that deals with clear view areas and residential driveways.
Item No. 2 PCC 11-4-8 Fiber System Code: The Providence City Planning Commission will take comments and questions from the public in regard to establishing new code for the city's Fiber Optic Network as it relates to land use.
Item No. 3 PCC Amendments Retaining Walls Use and Construction: The Providence City Planning Commission will take comments and questions from the public regarding proposed changes to the city code that regulates the use and construction of retaining walls.
Item No. 4 PCC Amendments regarding Sign Regulations: The Providence City Planning Commission will take comments and questions from the public regarding proposed changes to the city code regarding sign regulations.
