KAYSVILLE CITY, UTAH
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT/GENERAL CONTRACTOR (CM/GC) SERVICES
Kaysville City (Owner) is requesting RFP submissions for the following Project:
200 NORTH REBUILD AND TRANSMISSION LINE PROJECT
(J-U-B Project Number #55-23-031)
Proposals for the selection for CM/GC services for the 200 North Rebuild and Transmission line project will be received by Kaysville City by Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at 5:00 PM. The project area includes the 200 North roadway from Main Street to Country Lane. The Project includes the following Work:
. Rebuild 6,900 LF of roadway including new borrow, road base, and asphalt as well as potential utilizing additional stabilization measures.
. Adding curb, gutter, and sidewalk where it currently does not exist as well as replacing sections that are needing repair.
. 5,800 LF of 16-inch culinary water transmission line.
. 7,600 LF of 8-inch culinary water distribution line, service lines, and meter boxes.
. 3,000 LF of sewer line upgrades by Central Davis Sewer District.
