NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ON Tuesday, March 5, 2024, a public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. by the Salt Lake City Council to consider adopting an ordinance that would amend various sections of Title 21A of Salt Lake City Code pertaining to the zoning ordinance. The proposal would remove Chapter 21A.60 List of Terms and would also amend Chapter 21A.62 Definitions. Other amendments are made throughout Title 21A for clarity and consistency. No zoning standards or land use regulations are changed by this text amendment. Petition No.: PLNPCM2023-00194.
All persons interested and present will be given an opportunity to be heard in this matter. This meeting will be held via electronic means, while also providing an in-person opportunity to attend or participate in the hearing at the City and County Building, located at 451 South State Street, Room 315, Salt Lake City, Utah.
