Call to order: Mayor Alfred C. Bigelow Agenda Items: 1. Dallas Cox, Manti Trail Builders - Request to address Mayor & Council regarding in-process and planned projects. 2. Faylyn Warnick, Sanpete County Chamber of Commerce - Request to address Mayor and Council concerning the newly formed chamber and explaining its initiatives. 3. Discussion concerning the updating our Electrical Department Impact Facility Fee Plan and performing an Impact Fee Analysis. 4. Discussion concerning the possible development of a Sewer Department Master Plan to include an Impact Facility Fee Plan and Impact Fee Analysis. 5. Continuing Business. a. Discussion concerning nuisance ordinance and enforcement. i. Work meeting proposed for Tuesday March 5th, 3:30 PM b. Discussion concerning Inland Port project. c. Discussion concerning smoke nuisance from green waste facility. 6. Councilmembers reports: Jen Christiansen Jeff Killian AJ Mower Mary Pipes Mary Wintch 7. Public Comment - two minutes per each comment. 8. Mayor Bigelow. 9. Consideration of approval for minutes of recent meetings. (February 7th council meeting) 10. City Manager Kent Barton. 11. Closed Session (if needed).
