PUBLIC HEARING
Please be advised that the Fillmore City Planning Commission will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on TUESDAY, February 27, 2024, at 7:10 p.m. at 75 West Center Street, the Fillmore City Council Chambers, concerning a public hearing to receive public comments.
- To receive public comment concerning an amendment to the Fillmore City Municipal Code Chapter 9 'Industrial District' to include additional allowed uses.
- To receive public comment concerning an amendment to the Fillmore City Municipal Code Article B 'Residential 2 Single-family and Multi-family Residential District' to include additional allowed uses.
- To receive public comment concerning a Zone change from Rural Residential to Residential 2 located approximately 400 West 500 North along Interstate 15. Applicant Apex Development Partners.
- To receive public comment concerning a Zone change from Highway Commercial to General Commercial located approximately 650 West 900 South. Applicant Apex Development Partners.
- To receive public comment concerning a Combined lot request located at 95 N 100 W parcel F-335-2 and F-335-1 to combine two lots into one. Applicant Marlow Mace.
