Public Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold public hearings at the St. George City offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, commencing at 5:00 pm to consider the following:
A General Plan amendment to change the land-use map from LDR (Low Density Residential) and MDR (Medium Density Residential) to COM (Commercial) and MDR (Medium Density Residential). This proposal would convert a portion of the existing LDR and MDR areas to COM and convert some areas of LDR to MDR. The area designated for a park would be shifted south and the existing park designation would become LDR. The total area of change is approximately 20.20 acres, generally located on the north-west corner of 3000 East 2450 South. The applicant is Bill Cox. The project will be known as Old Farm General Plan Amendment. Case No. 2024-GPA-004.
