- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE PCBC ICO Condominiums Condominium Plat Address: 4462 & 4428 N Forestdale Drive Parcel: PCBC-22(0.78 Acres) & PCBC-23 (1.18 Acres) Project Number: 23-141 Public notice is hereby given that the Snyderville Basin Planning Commission, in accordance with section 10-3-18 of the Snyderville Basin Development Code, will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly make a recommendation to the County Manager on a proposed Condominium Plat that involves creating fourteen (14) commercial units.
