- New Board Member: The Willard Precinct Cemetery Board has approved to increase their board by one more member. If you are interested in being considered for appointment to this position, please submit a written letter of qualifications before Monday, February 26, 2024 to Karla Parsons - 95 East 900 South - Willard, UT 84340 - Email: kjnparsons@hotmail.com. All applicants will be reviewed and final approval will come from the Box Elder County Commission for official appointment. Board Member Qualifications: - Must be a registered voter at the location of the member's residence. - Must be a resident of South Willard, Willard City, or North Willard.
