Archives Jeanne and Laurel will visit other education center/archives like ours that we can model the
(Jeanne) Old Town Hall after. (Highland).

I. Discuss staffing. New subcommittee heads in 2024? Any staffing losses?
2. Explain Strawberry Days display. The Strawberry Days Committee is using the Old Town Hall again this year as a
store during Strawberry Days (June 15-23). Laurel volunteered to create a display of historic Strawberry Days
pictures and interpretation in the building.
3. Conduct a 2024 projects brainstorming session. Create a project list for 2024. What projects should we start, stop,
or continue in 2024?
4. Discuss Heritage Festival. Stacy Martineau will overview the 2024 Heritage Festival.
5. Dates to calendar:
- Wednesday, February 21, 4:30 PM: Laurel is presenting our 2023 project accomplishments to city council during
the work session
- Monday, 22 April: Mormon Battalion presentation by Mary Ann Kirk (in the 0TH)
- Friday, June 14: Annual Preservation Utah/SHPO Conference (at the Provo City Library)
- Monday, September 9: Heritage Festival
