NOTICE AND AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the Garland City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a regular meeting at 7:00 pm on the 13th day of February 2024 at the Garland City Building. The agenda shall be as follows:
1. Call Meeting to Order
2. Vote to Approve Agenda
3. Consideration and possible action on Eastside View Phase 3 Final Plat located in the vicinity of 1150 East and 1230 South.
4. Consideration and possible action on the preliminary plat and site plan for Sunset Court located in the vicinity of the northwest corner of Main Street and 200 North
5. Planning Commission training and resources
6. Adjourn
