Regular Business
1. Review and possible approval of the minutes of January 23, 2024, meeting.
2. Review and possible recommendation of approval or denial for the architecture and design of the building at the Midway City Town Square's Ice Rink which will be for concessions, ice skate rentals and warm up and viewing area.
3. Review and possible recommendation of approval or denial for The Dainty Pear that will be located in a remodeled form of the All That Stuff in the Barn building.
